New Sub Pop related label Hardly Art has just signed their second band. Le Loup is a 7-piece group hailing from Washington D.C. Currently, the band is in the studio putting the finishing touches on their debut The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations' Millennium General Assembly. What do they sound like?
