Half Of Q And Not U Have Been Working Together

Yesterday, Dec. 18, Title Tracks frontman and former Q And Not U member John Davis performed a solo acoustic show as part of the Luce Unplugged series. At one point he was joined by his old bandmate, and current Washington Post pop critic, Chris Richards. The performance was not just for nostalgia’s sake, and it’s confirmed now that Davis and Richards have been writing songs together for about a year. While active and signed to DC-based label Dischord Records, Q And Not U released three full albums, its last being 2004’s Power. Davis expressed a desire to continue he and Richards’ collaboration and said, “I’m not sure when or where we’ll record, but I hope it won’t be too long before we get to it.” [Washington City Paper]
