GZA To Lecture At Harvard, Release New LP In 2012
It was nearly a year ago that GZArevealed that he delayed his then-planned new album, Liquid Swords 2, to work on an alternate project. We haven't heard much about that record since then, though a press release indicates that a new LP is scheduled to drop in 2012 via Babygrande Records.
In addition, the release comes with the announcement that the Wu-Tang Clan member will lead a lecture at Harvard University next month. The event, which runs Dec. 4 at 5 p.m., is free and open to the public and will feature GZA talking about the Wu, his career, and more. The lecture is hosted by the Harvard Black Men's Forum and will be followed by a Q&A.
