Guy Comes Forward, Says He Knows Who Killed Biggie

As has been the case for close to 20 years, anytime there is a development in the Tupac case, there is a development in the murder of Notorious B.I.G. too: In an exclusive interview with HipHopDX, a former Nation of Islam member, and current prisoner, named Clayton Hill is claiming that in 1997, he met a man named Dawoud Muhammad, who claimed to have killed Biggie, and was paid $25,000 for the deed. According to Hill, he was instructed by a Nation of Islam leader to meet Muhammad, and take whatever he gave him up to Louisville. According to Hill, Muhammad gave him the murder weapon in Biggie's murder, and speculated that the gun made its way to Nation of Islam members in Chicago.

Hill is willing to go out on a limb for his fantastical story: He testified to U.S. officials, hoping to shave some years off his wife's prison sentence, in a case involving Hill and false tax returns. Hill is also releasing an e-book called Diary of an Ex-Terrorist, due out next week. Hill is claiming that his statements are what prompted the F.B.I. to re-open the Biggie file.
