Guru Out of Coma And In Stable Condition
Legendary rapper/producer Keith Elam, aka Guru, has reportedly come out of his three-week long coma and is in stable condition. The Gang Starr member has also been diagnosed with Anoxia, which is a medical condition stemming from Guru's history of asthma and lung problems that affects the rapper's oxygen levels.
On February 28, Guruhad a heart attack that put him in a coma. Shortly after, Guru underwent successful heart surgery, which had spirits buoyed until Guru's nephew released a YouTube video accusing Guru's producer Solar of withholding medical information from Guru's family. Regardless of the controversy surrounding his hospitalization, fans will be glad to hear of the rapper's recovery. [HipHopDX]

This whole thing is still beyond f*cked up to me. And really sad.
What is made public is all the circus. Tupac said he wasn't what the public saw or what the news made him out to be. It's in the music where the true honesty about the artist is going to come out. So I'm just going to wait it out and just hope Guru does all right in the end. His music is really cool and he knows how to put things together.
