Guns N’ Roses set MySpace record

Since it started streaming yesterday (November 20), Guns N’ Roses Chinese Democracy has been streamed more than three million times. That number is pretty astonishing, but even more so when you consider that that means an average of 25 people per second were listening to one of the songs over the course of a day.

Whether or not all of that streaming will lead to massive sales remains to be seen, but it will be determined when Chinese Democracy hits Best Buy stores on Sunday. [NME]

Good move on their part. I think it's going to sell like crazy next week even if it's terrible. For the record, I haven't listened yet.
