The Guns N' Roses frontman knows that his fans have broken out their football jerseys and kilts in preparation for his triumphant return, but he still refuses to set dates in the United States. After scheduling 13 dates in Canada, the nation that produced Celine Dion, announcing shows in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, and Peru just seems mean.
