For reasons I don't think even he would be able to divulge, Gucci Mane got a tattoo of a fucking ice cream cone on his face with lightning bolts shooting out of it. I don't even know what else to say at this point and I'm only in the second sentence of this post. OK, so, HipHopDX, which has bigger pictures of the event, reported that occurred just a little more than week after the rapper checked himself into a mental health facility for what he described as mental incompetency.
