Maybe that Gucci Mane collab with OJ Da Juiceman and Waka Flocka Flame won't be coming out soon after all. Today Gucci was found guilty of violating his probation, stemming from a 2005 assault charge, and was taken to prison. Although Mane was sentenced for one year, he is eligible for release in six months, which might just be enough time for the Juice to finish up all those other tapes he's got coming out.

Gucci's album, the increasingly aptly named The State Vs. Radrick Davis, will be released on Dec. 8, meaning dude will have to be behind bars for his record release party, which was probably going to be huge, given the success of tracks like "Wasted" and "Spotlight." Hopefully he gets some visitors that day. [MTV]
