Grohl, Homme, and Jones Announce Album Date For Them Crooked Vultures

The long wait (which was actually only a couple of months) for more Them Crooked Vultures is now over. The group, which features John Paul Jones, Josh Homme, and Dave Grohl, will release an eponymous album on Geffen on November 17. So far there is still precious little information on whether the trio can maintain translate the energy of their live performance to a recorded medium, but the idea of Grohl drumming is intriguing enough to merit a second look.
