Grizzly Bear's Chris Taylor Announces Solo Album

Since his band is still in the midst of a semi-long hiatus, Chris Taylor of Grizzly Bear has decided to go solo. Namely, with his debut album as CANT, a side project he launched in 2009 that has been mostly dormant since. The album, titled Dreams Come True, is due out on Sept. 13 via Taylor's own Terrible Records, and it features collaborations with Twin Shadow's George Lewis Jr.. It's a payback of sorts, since Taylor produced Twin Shadow's splendid Forget. Here's the track list:
