Not to be upstaged by its bigger, more famous counterpart the Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles' other outdoor summer concert venue, the Greek Theatre, is putting together its '07 lineup. Probably of greatest interest to those of the Prefix mindset (you poor saps) would be Sonic Youth performing Daydream Nation on July 20. Kind of takes a lot of the air out of the 'Fork's "big announcement" last week that SY will be doing the same at this year's Pitchfork Music Festival, doesn't it? Other acts going Greek this summer include Keane, Snow Patrol, Lyle Lovett, George Clinton and the P-Funk Allstars, the English Beat, and an appearance by the traveling True Colors tour.
