Via: Pitchfork Graham Coxon recently spoke to Pitchfork about a variety of topics, including the release of his new album, Love Travels at Illegal Speeds. The conversation eventually turned to the previously reported comments made by Blur bassist Alex James that he's willing to beg to have Coxon come back and record another Blur album. Here's an excerpt with what Coxon had to say: I haven't been approached about it," reported Coxon about getting back together with the Brit-pop titans. But "I think about it, yeah. I think about it: would it be fun? Would it be a bit too scary? What would the dynamic be in a studio? Would I have to do promotion? Would I tour? You know, it's a lot of thinking. So I guess I still mull around and think about it every now and then." So it's not completely ruled out, then? "No, no." Don't do it Graham! These things never end well. The Smiths never had a reunion, The Stone Roses probably won't ever do it, and you shouldn't either.
Seems like there's a post a week about this guy thinking about getting back with Blur. I say shit or get off the goddamned pot.
