Gorillaz are going, going, gone

Damon Albarn is saying the Gorillaz will be no more once the cartoon band finishes up its long-gestating film and the accompanying score. Rumor has it that the one-time member of Monty Python and director of such films as Brazil and Twelve Monkeys, Terry Gilliam, will helm the film.So let's shed a tear for Albarn, that lazy SOB. Because he doesn't have any other musical projects to keep him busy. Oh wait, he has hundreds. [NME]
