NME hype-babies Glasvegas are finally ready to meet the world beyond fish, chips, and questionable dentistry: the band is set to tour the U.S., Canada, and Japan extensively in 2009.
The band hits America in the first week of January (coincidentally, the same week their debut LP hits shelves here, it’s out now digitally), and Canada and Japan later in the month. Then the band heads back to their hinterland for a world conquering tour of the U.K. at the end of January and through February.
