Glasser Speaks To The Creators Project (Video)

Cameron Mesirow’s Glasser project produced one of the best albums of 2011 in the shape of Ring. Her ear for unusual sounds and off-kilter songwriting chops make that record worth revisiting time and time again, and this video made for the Creators Project explains how she did it. Mesirow discusses her working methods—amazingly a lot of Ring was put together on Garage Band—and also offers an overview of her live set up. The interview footage is cut up by some impressive in-concert footage of Glasser playing live, which is worth watching just for Mesirow’s costume alone. Check it out below.
