Ghostface Sued For Sampling 'Iron Man' Theme

In a development that is sort ironic, Ghostface Killah, who also frequently goes by Tony Starks and Iron Man, has been sued by the writer of the Iron Man theme song because Ghost used the song on his Supreme Clientele without clearing it first. Jack Urbont is the composer of the song, and he's suing for unspecified damages, claiming that Ghostface copied "verbatim" his theme to The Marvel Super Heroes cartoon. Dude probably has a case, since the theme does pop up more than once on Supreme. But Ghost has long been a fan of Iron Man, and it seems sort of mean to sue him for using that theme song. It's his theme song! (Sort of).  [MTV

Yeah, that too. But seriously: It's Ghost's theme song! Sue him for using his theme song?
