We at Prefix have heard Oneida's new album, Preteen Weaponry, and we generally like it a lot. While that album comes out next week (look for a review on Prefix), it's just the beginning for Oneida. Preteen Weaponry, with its three part, mostly instrumental structure, is just the first of a three album series called "Thank You Parents." The second album, a triple-disc Rated O, is already planned for early 2009. For a band that's been behind the spotlight for over a decade, this could be the breaking out party Oneida's deserved for years now.
