Another week, another Black Eyed Peas lawsuit news item: Funk pioneer George Clinton is suing the group/Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse for ripping off his "Not Just Knee Deep" in a remix to the Black Eyed Peas' "Shut Up" in 2003. The Clinton original is above, and the Peas is below. Case closed your honor. I actually though I accidentally played the Clinton song when I listened to the Peas.
