Frank Ocean Is Playing The VMAs

MTV has announced that this year's Video Music Awards will include a performance from none other than Frank Ocean.  The Odd Future songwriter, whose debut album Channel Orange (and its preceding public letter), has made countless headlines this year, and is nominated for Best New Artist.

Rihanna is also scheduled to perform, and acts like 2 Chainz, Ke$ha and Wiz Khalifa will be handing out the awards. You'll be able to see Ocean perform (and probably win BNA) on Sept. 6 at 8PM EST.
