Frances Bean interning at Rolling Stone, Courtney Love feuding with Ryan Adams

Rolling Stone staffers should be careful how they handle any Courtney Love gossip that comes their way. Love’s daughter, Frances Bean, can currently be found photocopying essential documents, fetching coffee, and filing important papers for the magazine. Yes, Frances is interning at the music magazine, and according to this New York Post article she “calls in sick all the time and wears funny outfits.”

A Rolling Stone rep has strenuously denied these claims, saying: "She's a great girl, and we're thrilled to have her." Aw. Let’s hope no one leaves any Ryan Adams CDs lying around the office, because Courtney Love is currently engaged in a full-scale feud with him over the funding of his Rock N Roll album. In a bulletin on her MySpace page, Love claims that Adams charged $858,000 on one of her American Express cards while he was recording the record.

Just to stoke the fires of the feud even further, Stereogum has dug out this quote, which serves as a reminder that Rock N Roll wasn’t an album financed by Adams’ label: “I didn't tell the label anything about it. I just got an idea to go into the studio and see how it sounded on analog tape. I put a weekend of studio time on my credit card and walked out with an 11-song record."

Courtney Love is nothing but a pathetic, middle-aged, has-been liar.
