It seems pretty much anything can be made into a TV show these days. Fox has officially picked up a series adapted from Andrea Blaugrund Nevins’ 2011 documentary The Other F Word. The original doc looked at various aging punk rockers who have entered fatherhood and who must balance the rebellious musical lifestyle with raising a child.
Behind the helm of the series are Jason Segel and Iron Man 3 writer Drew Pearce. Segel and Pearce will write the script together and executive produce the program. There’s no word yet on exactly what the show will look like (although it’s not hard to imagine a family sitcom with a punk-rock dad) or who will star in it. [iW]
