Foo Fighters and Kanye West will join Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots and “Mr. Festival” Jack Johnson in headlining the I.M.P. produced Virgin Mobile Festival, set for August 9-10 at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Md. Grohl and company will also join Oasis, Bloc Party, Wintersleep, Constantines, Spiritualized, Paul Weller, Stereophonics, The Weakerthans and the Pigeon Detectives at the Toronto edition of the Virgin Festival, which is produced by Goldenvoice. Lineups have yet to be announced for the Virgin Festivals in Calgary and Vancouver.
