Foo Fighters Will Headline Day One of Sasquatch! Festival
Sasquatch! Music Festival is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, and doing so by welcoming the Foo Fighters to headline the first night of the four-day concert. That's right, Sasquatch! is now a four-day event, so pack one more pair of underwear.
It's easy to forget sometimes that the Foo Fighters are actually a Seattle band, hailing from due west of Quincy, Washington, where the festival is held. It's also easy to forget that while it's been over three years since the Foo's released their last album, their forthcoming full-length record will mark the seventh in the band's 16-year history. Even weirder, the Foo Fighters have been together for four times as long as singer Dave Grohl was in his old band, Nirvana. Crazy.
On Saturday, a special discounted four-day for the concert will go on sale at 10:00 PST. A full festival lineup announcement is scheduled for Feb. 7 of next year.
