We've finally found a group that could challenge the reign of pop singers on the Billboard charts: Foo Fighters, who dominate all comers this week, selling 235,000 copies of their new Wasting Light. That's good for number one, and a 140,000 copy victory over Adele's 21, this year's best-selling album so far.
Elsewhere, Alison Krauss & Union Station made their highest chart debut at number three (selling 83,000 copies of Paper Airplane) and Paul Simon is back on the charts at number four, selling 68,000 copies of So Beautiful or So What. To see full charts, go to Billboard.
