Their only previously announced tour dates found them opening for a quaint band called Wilco, and hitting a few festivals, but now Seattle’s Fleet Foxes have announced a smattering of new, intercontinental tour dates in support of their splendid self-titled debut.

The North American leg of the tour kicks off on August 18 in Salt Lake City (the first of the Wilco dates) and ends in mid-October in the band’s hometown. The European leg starts on October 28 in England, and wraps in late November in Germany. Their drummer J Tillman opens all of the European dates, while the band join Death Cab for Cutie in St. Louis for a one-off opening show.
