Flavor Flav Released From Jail, Could Get Six Years For Assault

Early Wednesday morning, Public Enemy’s Flavor Flav was arrested for a suspected altercation between him, his fiancé, and his son. He was released from a Las Vegas jail today after posting a $23,000 bail, but he could face up to six years in prison for the incident.

According to police reports, the hype man (born William Drayton, Jr.) supposedly pulled a knife on his fiancé and son and threatened both of them. He’s due in court on Monday, where he’s being charged with assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence.

These latest legal problems come just a few months after Flav was arrested for not paying child support. [AllHipHop]
