Flava Flav Owes Nearly $200K in Back Taxes

When he's not helping to keep the rate of STDs among reality show contestants at record levels or filming what sounds like the saddest TV show of all time, Flava Flav apparently spends his time not paying his taxes. The state of California recently filed a $183,810 lien against Flav for back taxes, alledging that the rapper hasn't paid taxes in a few years.
