The final track list for Jay-Z's Blueprint 3 has been released to the internet, and while it confirms that known james like "D.O.A.," "Off That" ft. Drake," "Run This Town" and "Empire State of Mind," it doesn't feature the rumored collaboration with MGMT (unless they just produced the track. At any rate they're not listed as guest performers). It does however feature the recently announced song with Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun.
