The siblings Friedberger of The Fiery Furnaces have released past classics on labels like Rough Trade, Sanctuary, and Fat Possum. Their next record, entitled Widow City, is scheduled for release in October via venerable Chicago avant-rock outfit Thrill Jockey. The label says it doesn't have much other news to report about the album as of now, so we'll direct you back to this previous post for a refresher on where the Furnaces will be firing things up on a tour that starts later this month.
