The Emerald City: not just for grunge rockers or indie kids anymore. (Are there even any of the first still in existence? And we know the second have all moved down to Portland.) Seattle will be seeing a fair share of electro/dance acts come to town over the span of September 20-23. That's when the Decibel Fesitval will go down. Playing the fest are acts that include Diplo, Simian Mobile Disco, Harold Budd, Switch, one-time Cocteau Twin Robin Guthrie, and Truckasaurus.
