Blog sensation Ferraby Lionheart seems to have picked an appropriate name for his first full-length. It's entitled Catch the Brass Ring, and is slated for release September 4 on Nettwerk. Lionheart was assisted on the album by engineer Dan Long, who has also worked with the National and Pela. Amongst the eleven tracks on the album, the Angeleno shouts out his hometown on "Vermont Ave" and gets playful on other ditties like "The Octopus and the Ambulance" and "Youngest Frankenstein."In June, Lionheart heads out on tour with fellow singer-songwriter Mason Jennings.
