Faboulous Hospitalized, Believes He Was Poisoned

This weekend, Fabolous took to his Twitter to launch a series of Tweets about how he wasn't in a car accident (as was briefly reported this weekend) but that he was sick and he believed he was poisoned:

“I'm ok everyone..thanks 4 the concern. I was not in a car accident, but I think i know where it started.. Let me explain...I was drivin yesterday morning & started feeling very sick & felt like I was gon pass out while driving.. I veered off 2 da side of the road. I believed I was poisoned so I checked in & was given medical treatment..a lil sedated so I didn't tweet but was released 2 go late last nite"

I'm assuming he meant he got food poisoning, since Fab is totally cool now. But how incredible/horrifying would it be if someone tried to poison him, as in give him cancer via radiation poison or something? Like J-Kwon decided Fab was taking all of his fan base, so he got a hold of some old KGB guy who sold him poison. That would be a great episode of CSI: Miami I think. [HipHopDX]
