Ex-Pipette Dougall prepares album for release

This past April pop-trio The Pippettes announced that two of their numbers, Rosay and Riotbecki would be living the group to puruse other activites, and that they would be replaced. Rose Elinor Dougall has delivered the first post-Pipettes offering with her single "Another Version of Pop Song" dropping Dec. 8 on Scarlett Records, with a full length due out next summer. The track has Dougall sounding a little bit more like Stereolab than the Pipettes, and you can listen to it over on her myspace.
