Via: SOHHIt seems world-famous daredevil Evel Knievel finally got around to seeing Kanye West's video for "Touch The Sky" and he wasn't too impressed. The St. Petersburg Times is reporting that Knievel has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against West and accuses him of tainting Knievel's image with vulgar, sexual and racially charged content.
I'm sure you've all seen the video and know what Knievel is upset about. Kanye, or "Evel Kanyevel" in this case, struts around in a Knievel-style jumpsuit, and romps around with Pam Anderson before getting in a rocket he tries to ride across a canyon.
What disturbs Knievel the most is the message the sexual content might send to children, who he claims to have never led astray before:
"The guy just disgraced me. I have done the best I can to set an example for children, and then this guy comes along and tries to rip it apart," said Knievel. "In my opinion, this video maybe reflects West and his way of life, but it's sure not mine."
No word yet from Kanye.

How exactly did Evil Knievel set a good example for kids? By trying ridiculously dangerous stunts that they would want to do too? Congrats. Good work.
