Etta James Resting At Home After Hospital Stay
We reported last month that Etta James had been hospitalized and declared terminally ill by her live-in doctor, who diagnosed the legendary singer with dementia and leukemia. But it appears that she has been transported from the hospital to her home in Riverside, Calif., where she is apparently resting. Her manager, Lupe De Leon, told Billboard, "We all think it's best for her to be at home." He didn't give an update on her health, but he did mention that she is only able to communicate through nodding and simple words.
