Eno Shows His funny Side As He "Talks to Pork"
Avant garde rocker and electronic music pioneer Brian Eno may be artsier than you or I will ever be, but that doesn't mean the dude doesn't have a sense of humor. To promote his newest release, Small Craft on a Milk Sea (which dropped Nov. 2 in the U.S.),his record company, Warp Records paired him up with Dick Flash of Pork Magazine for an interview segment called "Talk to Pork."
The interview is about as funny as that title suggests, It features the type of whimsical humor only people from the U.K. can get away with. At the outset, Flash constantly interrupts the U2 producer. Actually, Flash continues to drown out Eno when he's not getting factual information wrong (like the album title). Eno even gets in a few jibes at U2 guitarist The Edge. Enough explaining: it'll all be much more amusing if you watch it here.
