Eels Announce World Tour, Release Mini-Sampler

The Eels have announced their first tour since finishing up their three-album series last year with the release of Tomorrow Morning. And it appears that the band isn’t just settling for a few scattered dates through the United States. They’re embarking on a pretty lengthy world tour that kicks off June 1 and doesn’t end until two months later. It will take them from Asia to Europe and back to North America, during which you will probably hear a lot of tracks from their recent album trilogy. If you haven’t gotten around to hearing those records, the Eels have picked a track from each for free download.

The tour dates are below the widget for the downloadable sampler. More information on the tour is available on the Eels website.
