Eef. The Eefster. E-Barz. Maybe the greatest name in indie rock. You may know Mr. Barzelay as the lead singer of Clem Snide, or from his under-appreciated solo album from last year, Bitter Honey. Back in October, Barzelay recorded some songs for a Daytrotter Session. Head over to Daytrotter's site for a listen. He does one track from Bitter Honey, "Well;" "Collapse," from Clem Snide's End of Love; and two as-yet unreleased tracks that Barzelay says he's planning to put on his next solo record, "The Girls Don't Care" and "Apocalyptic Friend."

Except for Prefix, Daytrotter is the only music site worth going to. |

Bitter Honey was great. Totally under appreciated.
