Ed Harcourt busy with his, others' music

I always get Ed and Nic Harcourt mixed up. They're both Brits. They both seem like pretty sensitive guys. The difference, of course, is that one (Nic) is a king-making radio DJ and the other (Ed) is a singer-songwriter.Here's another trait they seem to share: being very busy. Ed Harcourt is prepping a compilation of old and possibly new material. He's hoping to have it out this summer, under the title Hanging with the Wrong Crowd.
Ed will also show up guesting on a trio of interesting upcoming releases from other artists. He added mandolin and banjo to the new Streets album, assisted on a Concretes B-side, and lent a hand on the new Nada Surf. [Chart Attack]
