Cones are great for lots of things: directing traffic, holding ice cream, making dogs look silly after a trip to the vet. They’re also good for bumping up the sound quality on iPhone speakers, as demonstrated by the eco-amp. It’s made of recyled paper, it retails for $8 (for two of them), and even though it looks like one of those individual coffee filters, it’ll do a decent job of making your music sound a little less crappy.
