A number of major releases come out today, especially in rock. Although in hip-hop we have Talib Kweli's Ear Drum and Swizz Beatz' One Man Band seeing their release today. Other major releases include new efforts from M.I.A., Rilo Kiley, Architecture in Helsinki and the New Pornographers. Check out Prefix's Week in Preview to read the previews.
For this week's album sales contest, take a guess at where Talib Kweli's new album Ear Drum will end up on the charts this along with the number of albums he will sell (the latter will be the tie-breaker). Winner gets the $20 gift certificate to Amazon. Will the bonus track with Justin Timberlake broaden his audience? Does he still have a loyal fanbase? These could be some of the questions that will be answered by next week.
