Dustin Wong of Ponytail Preps Debut LP, Plans Short Tour

While it's a total bummer that Ponytail went on "indefinite hiatus," there is good news coming out of the streets of Baltimore regarding the defunct four-piece. Dustin Wong, ax-grinder for Ponytail, will be releasing Infinite Love, a debut double-LP on Oct. 5 courtesy of Thrill Jockey. Judging from the preview of the LP, the album will be drenched in a psychedelic collage of guitar layers and colorfully tame cacophony. Trip out.

Wong will also be taking a short jaunt up up the Eastern seaboard that will apparantly include a show at Shea Stadium! Dates below.
