Dude Trying To Raise $10 Million To Get Weezer To Retire
Here's the most publicity stunt-friendly news item this morning" James Burns, a dude who claims to have never been a Weezer fan, is trying to raise $10 million to give to Rivers Cuomo and company to get them to retire. He figures in his pitch that he only needs $12 per ever person that bought Pinkerton to reach his goal, but as of right now, he only has like $200. You know those things that people say are "so crazy it just might work"? This is not one of those things.
