Drive-By Truckers keep motoring on the road

The now Jason Isbell-less Drive-By Truckers won't let the amiable departure of Isbell slow them down. The band has finished up its assignment backing up soul legend Bettye LaVette on her next album, and now the Truckers are ready to head out on the road. The band has one more appearance left on tap this month. Then August and September will be a mix of full-band opening slots for the Allman Brothers and Patterson Hood solo dates, before October sees the full band touring in earnest.
