Update: Here is video of the brawl between Chris Brown and Drake's crews.
We reported earlier today--with a Shakespearean twist courtesy of Charlie Kaplan--about an alleged fight that took place last night between Drake and Chris Brown. Well, Complex is now reporting (via TMZ) that the altercation, which left Breezy with a cut on his chin, may have not involved Drizzy. A rep for the Toronto entertainer said the following:
Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. [Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.
Recent reports are saying that Meek Mill, who was seen hanging with Drake at New York City's WiP club last night, was the one who apparently got into a shouting match with pop's least eligible bachelor. It's not clear what Meek and Brown were arguing over, but a representative said that Rihanna was not involved. Meek, whose label has yet to release a statement, allegedly then hit Brown with a bottle. You can see photos after the altercation below.
Update: Photos of Chris Brown's bodyguard Big Pat after the brawl have now been released.
Update #2: Below you can see a video of Meek Mill, Chris Brown and Drake all leaving the club last night. It's pretty safe to say that Meek didn't hit Brown with anything. Plus, their interaction on Twitter today has been friendly--Meek even re-tweeted the singer.
As for the cause of all this: TMZ reports that Drake first flipped off Brown and his entourage, which lead to more middle fingers and more talking shit before the brawl broke out. Watch a clip of the three artists leaving the club (at 2:47) below.
