Drake Breaks The Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Airplay Chart Record

Drake is turning 27 next week, but his youth and short time in the music game hasn’t stopped him from already shattering records. With “Hold On, We’re Going Home” moving to number one on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Airplay chart, Drake has scored his 13th number one on the chart, breaking Usher’s previous record of 12 number ones.

Drake already has the record for the most number ones on the Billboard Rap Songs chart that was previously held by Diddy. With the release of “Make Me Proud,” reaching the top spot on the chart in 2012, it gave him his 11th number one at the time. He currently has 13 number one rap songs.
