Dr. Dre's Detox is about to enter its second decade in development, as the good Dr. announced recently that the album won't be finished until late this year and out next year at the earliest. This isn't necessarily surprising news, but Dre made a bunch of noise earlier this year about how the album would be out at the end of 2009, so this is disappointing. Only four more years, and Detox could best Chinese Democracy's gestation period. [HipHopDX]
