Late last week, Dr. Dre launched legal papers against his former lable Death Row, alleging that he hasn't been paid royalties off The Chronic since at least 1996, and never received any money for a remastered version of the album put out last year. It's likely that Dre waited until now to launch his suit, since Death Row has been in bad times financially for quite a while, and now that its owned by a legit business (WIDEawake), he might be able to get some of that paper. Or he's doing this to help Suge Knight get the company back, which is probably not likely. [Daily Swarm]
DR DRE was Death Row records without the DOC they would just be a little fish in a big pond and since DRE aint there no more look where they are now. HOLLER
