He might be marked as DJ Drama's "protégé," but Michigan emcee Willie the Kid's done plenty of his own business outside of that babbling Drama talk, so to give you a run-through, he put together a quick tape of some tracks he did with J Dilla to commemorate the birthday (Feb. 7) and anniversary of hip-hop's greatest producer's passing (Feb.10).

For his Dilla Forever mixtape, Willie gathered up eight tracks he did with Jay Dee for a free release, which you can comp over at Dat Piff. Check out the track list, throw up your thoughts, and celebrate the life of James "J Dilla" Yancey throughout the remainder of Dilla week. [NahRight]
